Production

The Vinh Loc factory , producing coatings in powder form, more than 10,000 square meters, is located on Vinh Loc industrial zone, Ho Chi Minh City.

• Putty mastic powder:  5,000 tons/ shift / month.
• Hot melt road marking:  500 tons / shift /month.
• Tile adhesive and tile grout:  500 tons / shift / month.
• Tile adhesive and tile grout:  500 tons / shift / month.
  

The Hoc Mon factory,  producing paint and related coatings, more than 10,000 square meters,  is located on Hoc Mon, Ho Chi Minh City.

With modern machines and equipment imported from development countries, the factory of paint has the output:

• The machine and equipment lines for grinding and defusing waterborne paint 1,500 tons / shift / month.
• The machine and equipment lines for grinding and defusing solvent borne paint 1000 tons / shift / month.
• The machine and equipment lines for color mixing waterborne paints 1000 tons / shift / month.
• The machine and equipment lines for color mixing solvent borne paint 500 tons / shift / month.
• The machine and equipment lines can make the tinter from pigment for waterborne into 10µm.

The factory puts out kinds of coating used for architecture (exterior and interior emulsion paint, waterproof paint, alkyd paint, etc.), for industry (waterborne epoxy paint, solvent borne epoxy paint, polyurethane, etc.), for traffic (hot melt road marking, paints on the acrylic base, etc.) and for marine (anti-fouling paint, etc.).

The processes of quality control are applied and maintained by skill engineers who are frequently trained in order to update their knowledge on quality management system and effective control methods to product quality. The modern measure devices and testers are equipped sufficiently for controlling the quality of products under international standards.

This factory includes the workshop of waterborne coating production, the workshop of solvent borne coating production and the workshop of industrial coating production. Besides, it has the storages of raw material, semi finished product and product.

The Hai Duong factory, producing paint and related coatings and Putty mastic powder, more than 20,000 square meters, is located on Gia Loc, Hai Duong province.

With modern machines and equipment imported from development countries, this factory has the output:

• Kinds of putty mastic powder:  3000 tons/ shift / month.
• Kinds of paint:  1000 tons / shift / month.
