JONA® LEVEL (A)

JONA®LEVEL is the three-component epoxy coating without solvent. It is self leveling and homogeneous. It could be practiced in different thicknesses. (depend on the surface conditions) It is used for floors of storage, workshop, plant, factory, laboratory etc., in order to protect them against abrasion and chemical influence. It is possible for medium loading on.
Surface material: For new concrete floor, it demands the time of at least 28 days to solidify completely. The concrete has to meet technical requirements such as the mixing ratio of water with cement, used additives, durability requirement of concrete, etc. The practiced surface humidity is not more than 4%. The humidity of practiced space is not more than 85%. The practiced surface should be completely cleaned. Oil, grease and chemical substances should be removed. Filling and leveling the holes and cracks on the surface (if any). The practiced surface should be leveled well. The surface preparation is completed on the day before it should be cleaned dirt again by suction before practiced. The recoating is carried out during the incompletion solidification of previous coating will get the best adhesion. If the recoating time is beyond the recommendation, the surface should be roughened again before recoating.
Features Standing weight, impact, abrasion and chemical influence well. The thickness practice from 1-3mm is possible. (depend on practice method)

JONES® CONC (A)

JONES® CONC is the two-component epoxy primer solidified by Polyamide or Amine. It is used as the primer of coating system for floor in industrial area in order to increase adhesion, resist to alkalization of the finish on concrete surfaces.
Surface material: The practiced surface should be clean. The dilute detergent or solvent should be used to remove oil and grease. For exterior surface, jet-water can be used. Filling and leveling the holes and cracks on the surface with suitable materials. The uneven surface will increase adhesion. The surface humidity is not more than 4%.
Features Good adhesion on kinds of floor coating and of concrete surface.    Resistance to water, solvent and chemical.

Surface material: Bare steel: To get the best finish, the cleaning with abrasive blast should be conformed to SA 21/2, and the removing oil and grease with solvent should be conformed to SSPC-SP1. Shopprimed steel: Clean, dry and undamaged approved shopprimer. For the concrete surfaces, the wet cloths should be used for cleaning dirt and other same contaminants. The dilute detergent or solvent should be used for removing oil and grease. For exterior surfaces, jet-water can be used. Filling and leveling the holes and cracks on the surface with suitable materials. The rough surface will increase adhesion. The surface humidity is not more than 12%.
