JOTON® CT-2010

Surface material:

The surface should be clear and dry; free from dirt, oil and grease. Surface humidity is about 20%. The surface has to be dampened if it is so dry, waterproofing and dealing with causes of those to the roots, mixing JOTON¬® CT-2010 with cement to have a paste to fill cracks and slits of the surface before coating. The previous coatings of painted surfaces should be cleaned thoroughly with iron brush and/ or high pressure water jet, and waterproofed (if any) before coating.

JOTON¬® CT-2010 is the waterproof emulsion which is combinable with cement. Its film prevents permeation from the outside and allows evaporation from the inside of water. It is also used as a good adhesive to fill cracks and slits of surfaces. LOW VOC JOTON products do not contain carcinogens, mutants, toxins in Paint and coating products. Any contaminant is less than 0.01% by weight.

Note

Cement used to mix should use a uniform type for the whole project to avoid color deviation. No construction of JOTON® CT-2010 on the surface previously covered with oil-based paint. After mixing the water-cement mixture with JOTON® CT-2010, it must be used for no more than 2 hours. Paint film has the best hardness after 7 days.

In case of contact with the eyes, rinse with plenty of clean water and go to medical facility immediately - Use soap and water to wash if you get paint on the skin - Be careful when shipping paint. If pouring paint out, collect by spreading soil or sand. - Do not pour paint into drains or water sources.
